Once shipped, all sales are final. This means that no returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted after your order has been shipped*. Please read each listing carefully before purchasing.
*If you believe you have received a pin that is inconsistent with my grading policy, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the pin and I will be happy to replace or exchange the pin with you. Please consider that enamel pins are handmade and even standard pins may have minor imperfections that do not take away from the overall beauty of the pin.
If your order arrives damaged from the shipping process, please contact me at email@example.com (with your order number in the subject line) and include photos of the package and the damaged items with your email.
If you are missing any items in your order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know your order number and the missing items so I can send them to you.
I do not re-send any gifted freebies you may receive with your package.
