Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from the United States ~3-5 business days after the order is placed. 

Enamel Pin Shipping

All enamel pin orders will ship in a bubble mailer or a small cardboard box depending on additional order contents and size. 

Print Shipping

Prints and additional flat items will be wrapped in cellophane or glassine bags and shipped via tracked shipping in a rigid mailer.

Sticker Shipping

Orders that contain only stickers will ship in an envelope with chip board via stamp mail with no tracking.

Pre-Order Shipping

Any in-stock items you purchase along with your pre-order will not ship until the pre-order ships. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please make a separate purchase containing in-stock items only.

Pre-order pins may take up to 10-12 weeks for me to receive after funding. Pre-orders are put into production after funding goals are met, and are subject to unexpected delays. You can follow me at my instagram (@hellodawnco) to get pre-order updates. Pre-order refund requests will only be considered after the 12-week time frame. 

COVID-19 Shipping Policy

Please be mindful of shipping delays due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Due to this, please allow for up to 3-4 weeks for domestic (US) packages and 8-10 weeks for international packages after your package has shipped.

We currently are not shipping to any countries listed here due to USPS shipment restrictions.

International Customs & Fees

Customers are responsible for any and all customs fees for their orders once it reaches the destination country. HelloDawnCo is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing times or package returns due to customs fees. If your package is returned to HelloDawnCo, you will only be eligible for a refund on your order amount minus any shipping/processing fees.
